Chippys started in Southern California in 2025 with one idea: make a potato chip the old way. Real potatoes, kettle-cooked in 100% grass-fed beef tallow, finished with sea salt. That's the whole list.
We fry in small runs in our Santa Ana kitchen, sell at Southern California farmers markets, and ship across the contiguous United States. Spudrick, our cowboy potato, keeps an eye on every bag.
