Yes. The only fat we cook with is grass-fed beef tallow. No canola, sunflower, safflower, soybean or any other seed oil.

Beef tallow is rendered beef fat, the traditional frying fat used for chips and fries for generations. It has a high smoke point, so it holds up well in the kettle, and it gives Chippys their deep crunch and savory flavor.

Our tallow comes from cattle raised on grass. We use 100% grass-fed beef tallow and nothing else in the kettle.
